The artwork was created with the intention of commemorating the significant and historical transition that occurred from the Byron to the Shelley era of the Cardano network. This epoch-making event was marked by the very first block of Epoch 208, which was numbered as #4490511.

It's essential to note that the Shelley era represents a period of unprecedented growth and development for the Cardano network. Unlike the Byron era, which commenced at a single point in time when the mainnet was launched, the transition to Shelley was a carefully orchestrated process designed to achieve a smooth, low-risk transition without any service interruptions...

ADA Summer

In the August of 2021, Cardano's token (ADA) was one that rallied against the top ten cryptocurrencies and reached a new all-time high. Currently, it is the third-largest cryptocurrency by market cap.

The artwork that can be seen here is created to represent the ADA holder perspective - a lush, green summer hill that overlooks a depiction of the winter season time of some of the other top 10 cryptocurrencies. The hill in the foreground is filled with greenery, sprawling tree trunks, different plants and other forms of life such as a singular deer, which is supposed to symbolise the environmentally-friendly proof-of-stake (PoS) consensus protocol of the Cardano blockchain...

CBits Collection

Cardano Bits were announced on March 23rd, 2021. There were no marketplaces for CNFTs at that time so everything had to happen via Twitter.., and google docs. The sale of CBits is now a history and wow, it's an interesting one.

4th April - The sale begins. All we got was a google doc with a wallet address. Within just 49 minutes, all CBits had sold out. With ~600 requests/sec, servers of Yoroi wallet crashed.

Alonzo HFC

On September 12th, with Epoch 290 came a new era of Cardano - an era of Smart Contracts. To enable such functionality the network had to undergo a series of HFC events:

Ghost Chain

Cardano has been called many names along the way. One name, in particular, stuck around — Ghost Chain. Hosky Mania

There are thousands of different cryptocurrencies in circulation, and some came into existence as a joke. On 5th November 2021, the $HOSKY token minted on the Cardano blockchain and formed a big community around it.
